Questions about home visits
Is the home visit really free?
Yes. A home hearing assessment is free, just like a clinic appointment, with no obligation to buy anything.
My town isn't listed. Can you still visit?
Very possibly. We cover a wide area around Bristol, Bath and the Cotswolds, so call us free on 0800 915 3588 and we’ll check for you.
What happens at the visit?
Exactly what happens in a clinic: a chat about your hearing, a look inside your ears, a full hearing test and a clear explanation of your results. You can try demonstration hearing aids there and then.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just a quiet room with a table and a chair for your audiologist. You’re very welcome to have a family member or friend with you.
