Prices vary by brand and technology level, but we’re typically up to 40% cheaper than high street providers for the same hearing aids, because we don’t carry the overhead of a large retail network. Every price includes your hearing test, fitting, and free aftercare for life – not just the device. You can browse hearing aid prices from all our brands on our Hearing Aids page.
A full hearing test, a discussion of your results and lifestyle needs, and honest, independent advice on which hearing aids (if any) would help – with no obligation to buy anything. You can even try hearing aids during the assessment to see what suits you.
Yes. We offer free home visits across our coverage areas, as well as appointments at our clinics. A home visit includes the same full assessment, fitting and fine-tuning as a clinic appointment, carried out by the same independent audiologists – and it lets us hear how things sound in the rooms you actually spend your time in.
You get an extended 60-day money back trial, twice the usual 30 days. Wear your new hearing aids in everyday life, and if they aren’t right for you, we’ll adjust them, try an alternative, or give you a full refund. There’s no pressure to keep something that isn’t working.
It depends on your hearing loss, dexterity, and how discreet you’d like your hearing aids to be. Options range from tiny in-the-ear styles to more powerful behind-the-ear devices. Very small, fiddly styles aren’t ideal for everyone – particularly if you have dexterity or sight difficulties, or are prone to excess ear wax. Your audiologist will talk through what suits your ears and your hearing loss during your assessment.
If you have a hearing loss in both ears, wearing two hearing aids almost always gives a better result than one. It helps your brain locate where sounds are coming from, means each hearing aid can be set at a more natural volume, and makes it far easier to follow conversation in background noise.
Yes. All our audiologists are HCPC-registered (Health and Care Professions Council) and members of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA), the professional body representing independent hearing aid audiologists across the UK.
That’s covered by our free aftercare for life: as many follow-up visits and adjustments as you need, for as long as you own the hearing aids, at no extra charge.
We offer a more thorough hearing assessment, the latest hearing aids from every major brand, and free aftercare for life, and we can usually see you within a couple of days rather than weeks. Your assessment and aftercare are free. The hearing aids themselves aren’t, but we supply them at well below high street prices.
Battery replacements are free for the first 2 years after you buy your hearing aids. Many of today’s hearing aids are rechargeable, so you may not need batteries at all.
Every hearing aid we supply comes with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. If something goes wrong, get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
Modern hearing aids from reputable brands have built-in feedback cancelling, so whistling shouldn’t happen. If yours does whistle, it’s most likely tuned incorrectly or there’s a build-up of ear wax. We can help with both.
Yes. We offer microsuction ear wax removal for £80 at our Richmond and Bristol clinics, or £100 at home (booked by phone). Each appointment includes a free hearing assessment afterwards. Find out more about ear wax removal.
